MARKHAM FAIR 2009 -
October 1-4

In response to public demand, we are creating an affordable opportunity for crafters to sell their wares to the many Fair visitors who are eager to purchase unique handmade items.

For many years Markham Fair has hosted a competition for handcrafts where exhibitors are judged on the results of many hours of work and dedication and the fruits of their labour are proudly displayed for the enjoyment of the tens of thousands of Fair visitors. Our newest attraction called “JUST CRAFTS” is a place for crafters to sell their handmade goods at Markham Fair.

In keeping with the festive atmosphere of our Fall Fair, this two day event will be strategically located in a marquis tent in the outdoor concession area and will be open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday, October 3rd and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday, October 4th .

The cost of each 10 x 10 booth for two days is $150.00 plus GST. This includes one table approximately eight feet long and two chairs. Interested participants must be setup by 8:45 am on both Saturday and Sunday and have adequate staff to cover all the hours noted above.

To participate please complete the 2008 Craft Vendor Space Application/License (PDF, 33KB) and return it with payment to Markham Fair, 10801 McCowan Road, Markham ON, L3P 3J3. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
