Lincoln Leapers at Markham Fair

The Lincoln Leapers Jump Rope Team is an energetic group of skippers from ages 7 to 20 with a total of 26 members. We represent the Niagara Region and the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

The Lincoln Leapers have been a team for approximately 25 years and have traveled across the globe competing in a variety of events and performing hundreds of shows. One of our recent competitions sent us to Gold Coast, Australia for the FISAC World Championships. As for our performances, we appear at numerous corporate functions and festivals throughout Ontario as well as performing during the Toronto Raptors half-time show for the past 6 years.

Some or our senior members have also provided instruction on jump rope skills and routines for the world famous Cirque de Soleil, one of which is currently a full-time touring performer with their show.

The Lincoln Leapers Skipping Team will be performing at Markham Fair on the Outdoor Stage on October 1 to 4, 2009.
