Get your exhibits ready for Markham Fair.  March break is a great time to work on your crafts and start planning for all the beautiful art, flowers and baked goods in the annual competitions.

When to bring Exhibits/Entries to the fair.

Please refer to each section of the prize book for instructions on when to deliver and pickup your exhibits.  Here is a quick reference.

Drop-Off

Most Exhibits are brought to the Homecraft Building #2 and General Exhibits Building #1 on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 between noon and 9PM

Some exceptions include:

Section 2a – International Arts and Crafts exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Saturday, September 26, 2020 between 10AM and 3PM

Section 9 – Photography exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Saturday, September 26, 2020 between 10AM and 3PM

Section 12 –School Children

  • Classes #9-#78 exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Friday, September 25  between 3:30PM and 5:30PM and Saturday, September 26, 2020 between 9AM and 10AM
  • Classes #80-#81 exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Tuesday, September 29 between 4PM and 8PM

Section 10 – Special Needs exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Friday, September 27 between 3:30PM and 5:30PM and Saturday, September 26, 2020 between 9AM and 11AM

Section 16-21 – Poultry/Small Livestock exhibits are brought to the poultry barn on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 between 4PM and 8PM.
