The categories for entering your art, antiques, baked goods, livestock and so forth are separated into three main Web Page Prize Books. Categories can be quickly accessed from one of three prize books.

The closing date for entry forms is September 15, 2016 by 8:00 p.m. except where otherwise noted for a specific Section.

When to bring Exhibits/Entries to the fair.
Please refer to each section of the prize book for instructions on when to deliver and pickup your exhibits. Here is a quick reference.
Most Exhibits are brought to the Homecraft Building #2 and General Exhibits Building #1 on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 between noon and 9PM
Some exceptions include:
Section 9 – Photography exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Saturday, September 24, 2016 between 10AM and 3PM
Section 12 –School Children
- Classes #9-#78 exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Friday, September 23 between 3:30PM and 5:30PM and Saturday, September 24, 2016 between 9AM and 10AM
- Classes #80-#81 exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Tuesday, September 27 between 4PM and 8PM
Section 10 – Special Needs exhibits are brought to the General Exhibits Building #1 on Friday, September 23 between 3:30PM and 5:30PM and Saturday, September 24, 2016 between 9AM and 11AM
Section 16-21 – Poultry/Small Livestock exhibits are brought to the poultry barn on Wednesday, September 28th, 2016 between 4PM and 8PM.
Most Exhibits can be picked up after 6:30 on Sunday, October 2. Remember to bring your entry tag stubs for proof of ownership. Building #1 and #2 will close at 6PM. The Volunteers will take 30 minutes to prepare the exhibits for collections. The buildings will re-open to Exhibitors at 6:30PM and close at 8PM.
