Closing Date for Entry Forms
The closing date for entry forms is Thursday, September 19, 2019 by 8:00p.m. except where otherwise noted for a specific Section. This date will be strictly enforced.
Making Entries
All entries must be made on official entry forms and in accordance with instructions on same, or in the Prize Book, giving all information requested. Each exhibitor must have his/her own entry form. If additional forms are required, they may be obtained from the Markham Fair Office or downloaded and printed from the links below. Each entry form must be signed by the exhibitor and forwarded to the Markham Fair Office (unless otherwise stated) so as to be received on or by September 19, 2019 , 8:00 p.m. (Entry tags should be ready for pickup the following Thursday). After September 19th, no additional entries or changes to entries can be accepted.

For your convenience, please download your waiver in advance of the Markham Fair. For insurance purposes, signed waivers are required for all performance competitions which include but not limited to: horse programs, cattle, sheep, goat and pet shows. Waivers will also be available at the event and can be completed prior to participating in your chosen competition or program.

Hi, I missed registration for the homecraft section! I wish we could get a reminder letter about the fair registration dedline. I have been really busy and plum forgot the time of year, to enter for the fair. The books which use to be sent were excellent. However due to exspenses I understand why there not being sent out. I’m not always on the internet, so thats not convinient for me. I’m sorry not to enter in homecraft as I have done for many many years. Next year I hope I rememer the dedline. Hi Janet, Yes the deadline was yesterday, however I’m sure we could take one more form if you could have it to us by Monday. We always love to see more entries!
Hi, do you know which entry form is for ‘Homecraft’ and ‘Youth’? Also do you mind explaining to me where to get the entry tags for entering artwork? Thanks 🙂

Thanks for your comment/question Bava. The ‘General’ entry form is for Homecraft and Youth. You can pick up your entry tags after September 15 and up until the day your entries are dropped off. Good luck in the competitions!

Daisie, Thanks for your comment/question. Yes your entry form can be mailed in. And yes someone else can drop it in on your behalf. Make sure the payment is included and the form is completed correctly, with signature. Good luck with your entries!
