Concessions Application

If you are interested in being a vendor at the 2023 Markham Fair, please send an email to concessions@markhamfair.ca and provide the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Your Name
  • Company Phone Number and/or Cell Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Products or Services you wish to sell or promote
  • Other Shows where you have exhibited
  • Indoor or Outdoor Space Preference
  • Attach a picture of your booth or display taken at another show – not mandatory but very helpful

Markham Fair’s policy is to offer vendors from the previous first option to their space.   Requests for space from new vendors will be reviewed in August and if suitable space becomes available, you will receive an application via email.

If you receive a Concession Space Application/License, the signed application and payment in full must be received by Markham Fair before the application is approved.  Once your application is approved it becomes a License and a letter or email is sent to confirm your space.  Once your application is approved or payment is processed, a $100 plus HST, non-refundable administration fee will apply, should you decide to cancel for any reason.  If Markham Fair does not approve your application, payment in full will be returned or refunded.

Indoor Concession Space

10ft x 10ft Booth

  • Cost:  $700.00
  • Interior corner:   additional charge of $125.00
  • Exterior corner:  additional charge of $250.00
  • Additional space is sold in 10ft increments
  • Buildings are set up with drapery dividers featuring 8ft backs and 30in high side dividers
  • Not all booths have a solid wall at the back of the booth

10ft x 5ft Booth – reserved for vendors selling or promoting a service

  • Cost:  $400.00
  • Interior corner:   additional charge of $100.00
  • Additional space is sold in 10ft increments
  • Buildings are set up with drapery dividers featuring 8ft backs and 30in high side dividers
  • 10ft x 5ft booths do not have a solid wall at the back of the booth

Outdoor Concession Space

  • $19 per linear foot with a minimum rental of 15ft
  • Cost:   15ft = $285.00          20ft = $380.00
    • 25ft = $475.00          30ft = $570.00
    • 35ft = $665.00          40ft = $760.00, etc.
  • Additional space is sold in 5ft increments
  • Depth is 15ft to 20ft (subject to availability)

Additional Costs

  • Food Vendor Service Charge – $120.00
  • House Trailers – $25.00 per day (must be located in designated RV area)

Hydro Requirements

  • Each concession space includes access to 1 standard 15A, 110V plug
  • A 220V hook-up – 250.00 each

Thank you for your submission.  Each year we receive hundreds of applications for concession space.  Please know that returning vendors are given priority, and then each application is reviewed for uniqueness and/or products that we feel will enhance Markham Fair.  You may not receive a response from us until after September 1st, and in many cases, we will not be able to offer you space.  We do appreciate your interest in Markham Fair and wish you the very best.
