Media Visit Requests

We highly value our relationship with members of the media in Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. Journalists who request a non-working visit to Markham Fair can receive up to four (4) complimentary passes once during the calendar year. In return, we kindly ask that you share your experience to support the Fair!

Please submit your request using the form below at least 7 days before your desired visit. Please refer to our hours of operation before selecting your intended visit date.

Media Ticket Guidelines

Our media ticket policy is available exclusively to active members of the media. Tickets cannot be requested for family members, friends, or anyone who is not a recognized media outlet employee. 

• Please note that employees from sales, promotions, creative services, the general office, engineering, or reception are not eligible to request tickets. 
• Tickets for our annual fair will only be available during the initial days of the event. Requests will not be processed after the halfway point of the event.
• While priority parking is not included, media personnel can take advantage of free parking in the general parking lot.

Journalists holding full-time positions may apply for complimentary tickets.
