Welcome to the Markham Fair’s Concessions page! Each year, we welcome a vibrant mix of food and non food vendors who help create the exciting fair experience our visitors love. The 2026 concession intake period begins in June, and information below will help you prepare.

2026 Application Timeline

• Inquiries Accepted Starting : June 1, 2026

• Application Package Released: First week of June

• Review Process: June – August

• Notification of Acceptance: Rolling, as reviewed
