Each year, Markham Fair hosts a diverse selection of concessionaire / commercial vendors – food, beverages, crafts, and artisans that help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere our visitors enjoy. The Concession Committee begins reviewing and responding to vendor inquiries starting June.

Our Concessions Committee will begin responding to concession applications and inquiries beginning in June. We welcome vendors offering high-quality food, beverages, and unique products that align with the family-focused experience of the Markham Fair. To ensure smooth application process, vendors are encouraged to prepare early and check this page regularly for updates, forms, and requirements.
