Interested in Becoming a Vendor at the Markham Fair?

Returning Concessionaires
Concessionaires from 2025 will be given first priority in reserving their vendor space, after which new vendors will be considered. Applications will be emailed to returning vendors in June. Please watch your email carefully.

New Concessionaires
Expressions of interest for the 2026 Markham Fair are accepted through the Markham Fair Vendor Inquiry Form. This form will open in June! Please watch this webpage for the form announcement.  

All inquiries are reviewed for product uniqueness and how well they complement the Markham Fair experience. Due to the high volume of inquiries each year, you may not hear back from us until after September 1st. We appreciate your patience! 

Important Notes
Inquiries submitted without photos of your booth/Food Truck and your products will not be considered. To uphold the highest food safety and health standards, we no longer consider/accept food vendors that do not operate out of a food truck or trailer.
