Making Entries

All entries must be made on official entry forms and in accordance with instructions on same, or in the Prize Book, giving all information requested. Each exhibitor must have his/her own entry form. If additional forms are required, they may be obtained from the Markham Fair Office or downloaded and printed from the links above. Each entry form must be signed by the exhibitor and forwarded to the Markham Fair Office (unless otherwise stated) so as to be received on or by Thursday September 18, 2025 by 8:00 p.m.

Entry Tags will be available at the Markham Fair Office from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, starting Thursday, September 25, 2025. Please note that no new entries or changes to existing entries will be accepted after September 22.

Important Fair Dates to Remember

Friday, September 26, 2025

• Bring School Children exhibits to the General Exhibits Building from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.

• Bring Special Needs exhibits to the General Exhibits Building from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.

Saturday, September 27, 2025

• Bring School Children exhibits to the General exhibits to the General Exhibits Building from 9:00am to 9:45am.

• Bring Special Needs exhibits to the General Exhibits Building from 9:00am to 10:00am.

• Bring Photography exhibits to the General Exhibits Building from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

• Bring International Arts and Crafts exhibits to the General Exhibits Building from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Tuesday, September 30, 2025

• Bring Homecraft and Crops & Vegetables exhibits to the General Exhibits Building or the Homecraft Building from 12:00pm to 8:30pm.

• Bring 4-H exhibits to the General Exhibits Building from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

Wednesday, October 1, 2025

• Bring Poultry and Small Livestock exhibits to the Poultry Building from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

Sunday, October 5, 2025

• Pick up all exhibits from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

Monday, October 6, 2025

• Pick up remaining School Children exhibits from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
